Every year on Black Friday I purchase multiple pairs of these boots for my husband. He is a roofer and swears by these. He has tried multiple other brands, both cheaper and more expensive an always comes back to these. They are the perfect balance between quality and value. They hold up well and are comfortable on his feet, no matter what material or condition he is working with. Would highly recommend these to anyone who is in the market for a reliable work boot at a decent price. Way to go Sears for carrying hear all the time! :)
The good: Seem to be quality construction, have held up for two months of almost daily wear. The bad: Not comfortable at all. I work in aircraft maintenance ~ 10-hour days, up and down ladders, 90% of the time is on my feet. There seems to be way too much room in the toes of the boots, and the insoles are terrible. These have probably been the poorest fitting boots I have work. I tried two different insoles and different socks, but the discomfort continued, including blisters on the top of my toes. I'm giving up on these.
I want to start by saying i like sears so this is not a anger issue in any way. These boots just are not for me. They make my feet smell, turn super white, hurt and its just not comfortable. If i would have known i would have stuck to the boots i normally buy. I also bought the cow boy slip on boot but need a wider size. So on this boot im doing the reveiw on im hoping they can stand by their product and trade it for the boot that i normally buy. Thanks sears.
I had bought in store in Black Friday and they told me I should get them in a week or two week passed and still didn't get them then I called sear.com they told me I was going to get a check in the mail I had bought two pairs of shoes and I have not gotten my boots or even the check never going to buy from sear again
It's for my stepdad for work. The color is perfect and so it the durability. Not as wide as we thought it's be but good enough none the less.
I'm impressed.i like em alot
Love die hard boots, I deliver kegs so I need a heavy duty boot. die hard are dependable, long lasting, and light on he feet.
