I made a purchased on-line, waited for the comformation to come since i need to pick up that day. Comformation didn't not come via email as I was told during the purchase. I called the number on the email I did receive letting me know my order is pending. I was told the order was not approved, something to do with buying on-line verses picking up in store (two different prices). This person tried to help with purchase, put me on hold and connection was lose. Called back got another representative (very nice and helpful, great customer service, knowledgable) on the line, long story short, as he was helping me order the tires, he told me that they had been ordered by the last person I talked with and will be waiting for me to pick up at the store at the higher price. He sent me email notification and I was on my way.
Ther person at Sears was not friendly. Made a rude comment and did not have the tires waiting, eventhrough he had received my order prior to me arriving. took another 10-15 minutes getting the tires (I was the only one there and could see him the hole time, accept for when he when out of sight to get the tires).
