Must have for indoor grilling.

I love this when you want breakfast or steaks. You have the option of either. It is cast iron so you know the heat will be distributed perfectly for grill marks or eggs and bacon on the other side.

NO PRESS!

I agree with other writers....this grill does NOT come with a press! Sears charges $5 more for the exact grill that KMart charges WITHOUT the press which is what you will receive anyways! Also Sears Customer Service cannot/will not remedy the situation. False advertising!

Terrible Experience with No Pay-Off

|

I originally ordered this pan, along with some other items, almost two months ago. The clothes arrived, but the pan was cancelled (presumably due to low stock). I replace the order. 4 weeks later, I have to contact customer service because it has still not shown up and the tracking information never updated. That order, too, is cancelled, and the representative helpfully replaces my order for the third time.

On a side note, the refund for the second cancelled order did not appear on my account for two weeks and I had to contact customer service again to see that done.

Although, I do appreciate their assistance with placing the last order. But because the rep did not input my address correctly, a common problem with Sears' customer service, the delivery was, FOR SOME REASON, rerouted to an address I had moved out of almost 10 years ago. Fortunately, I caught the error before it was too late, intercepted the delivery and ended up picking up the item from a UPS location.

When I finally get it home...

They sent me the wrong item (Item # 00849109000).

It's such a hassle to try to exchange it that I'm not even going to bother.

There doesn't seem to be any intent on keeping me, or others, as long term customers. Because every order I have placed online in the last year has had problems. From unexplained cancellations, products arriving damaged or broken, delayed or missing deliveries or complete clusterf***s like this. And that's a real shame, as I would like to continue doing business with Sears, but it does not seem like that is an option at this point.

Good quality grill

|

Did not come with press. I’m disappointed so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. The cast iron grill itself is of good quality and works well on my gas range.

A little large for a single burner

|

This grill is a little large for a single burner, so it has to to placed across two burners. Great size for a couple of steaks and some grilled vegetables at the same time.
