I have bought about 10 of these over the years. I have used them from craft stuff to kitchen stuff.... Haven't had any issues, except tried to move one full and pulled the top off, but it was an easy fix
I ordered 2 dressers 12/1/18 and was told they would be ready for pick up December 7 at my local Sears. After not receiving any feedback or communication regarding my order I contacted customer service about my order December 28. I was informed that someone would reply with 72 hours because the need to investigate. By January 2 I received reply telling me to contact local store. I did so and was finally able to speak with someone who told me The items were never available when I placed order and she would process my refund. I waited and was still never refunded. I called customer service again the following week and was told I would be refunded. Upon receiving and email regarding the refund. Kmart is not refunding my entire paid amount due to my earning points and using them after this.
I bought my furniture 3 months ago after Hurricane Michael destroyed everything I had. I had to put it all in storage until my new home was ready. I finally am able to put everything together and it’s all damaged! One box has chipped pieces and is missing ALL of the hardware to put it together and the other box has chipped pieces too! Not to mention they were oddly taped but I didn’t think anything of it. 45 day refund period??? It it were 90 like most places I would be leaving a better review as I could have my stuff replaced. That is crazy!!! I was an avid Kmart shopper and will never ever again. This is totally disappointing to be able to have my own things again after almost a year and my money is wasted completely. I can’t even exchange anything.
The black one showed up and was assembled and is in working order way before the white one even shows up. I’m using in my craft room and it works great!
The white one shows up a few day later damaged and with no hardware. We notify the sales department and they say another is being shipped out and I’m notified by the shipping company it’s being returned to the company again because it is damaged as well and I haven’t heard anything for a few weeks.
More line a question it says is 39 width but i wonder if it is and doesn’t look to wide
Box came all taped up like it had been previously opened and resealed. One of the side dresser pieces had a large damaged corner where the particle board was smashed in. Had to return. Decided not to reorder because it seems like no one cares if stuff is sent damaged.
