I have bought about 10 of these over the years. I have used them from craft stuff to kitchen stuff.... Haven't had any issues, except tried to move one full and pulled the top off, but it was an easy fix
I was very disappointed when I opened the box this was packaged in to find a chunk missing from the corner of one of the two plywood dresser side panels. I opted to assemble this anyways in hopes it wouldn’t be noticeable, but 30 minutes into assembly realized this was unavoidable. I later also realized that 2 out of the 5 drawer knobs came cracked in half. I was told replacement parts were not available, so I would have to disassemble the item and return it for another one… Not worth the hassle based on the cheap quality.
I knew this was a particle board cheap dresser but it came chipped which I was willing to overlook. As I was assembling I found more and more flaws that were impossible to ignore. Screws with heads that didn't have notches for a screwdriver so I had to rummage through my own spare parts to find replacements. Holes drilled in the wrong places so that one drawer was so uneven that it couldn't be used. I unassembled and had to make my own holes in the right spots but then the wood split in the middle. The other four drawers however were ok but as the box states "easy glide" I expected to be able to open them without much effort. Again I was wrong. It's quite a struggle to open and shut them. I'm quite disappointed. Worst $40 I have ever spent. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this to others!
Horrible it came damaged
I bought this and the slats are missing. I can't return it because all KMART stores are closed and no help from customer service. I'm saying goodbye to Sears and KMART after 20 years I'm no longer a customer.
