I PURCHASED THIS LUGGAGE FOR TRAVEL THROUGH LONDON IN NOVEMBER. WHEN THE BAG CAME OFF IN THE BAGGAGE CLAIM, ONE WHEEL WAS COMPLETELY GONE. MY OTHER LUGGAGE SURVIVED. WAS IT DEFECTIVE OR JUST POORLY MADE. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I got It cheap with points cant complain.
|Its survived so far cant complain. Its exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm very happy with it. I would recommend it if you can get on sale too.
Not a good product or service.
|I bought this luggage because of the points. It did not roll smoothly when I first used it on my trip. After check, found that one of the wheel was not in the center! When I brought back to store, store manager refused to return or exchange! She claimed that she worked for luggage company before and considered it damaged by airline and I should file claim to airline! By looking at the wheel, the shaft was never installed to the center! I did not put a lot of stuff inside. How come it was a damage! It was a defect!
