The bag is what we needed for our trip, it looks good, sturdy and the price was reasonable. I will recommend to my friends. If this holds good for our trip I will plan on buying one more
Only one trip via airlines and one of the wheels is coming off, over priced, fragile and poor quality.
Button on the handle to make it go up and down broke after 3 uses. Now the handle wont go down. Took it apart and the piece in there is plastic and it snapped in half. That button has been pressed maybe 10 times since we purchased it. Sears refuses to take responsibility and let us exchange it for one that actually works because its been 55 days and their return policy is only 45 days. Now we are going to have to figure out how to fix it or purchase a new handle for $25 on top of what we already spent on the suitcase. Such horrible customer service. I can see how Sears is going out of business now. Remember when Sears was a reputable company? Such a shame. Its a nice solid suitcase, just the handle is poorly made rendering it useless if you want to take it when traveling on an airplane.
Bought for a cruise, two spinners broke first use.Sears does not stand behind product.
