I am very pleased with my range. I love the fact that it heats so quickly, also. It is very attractive, and I am pleased so far with this range; although I have not used the oven. I am not pleased, however, with Sears customer service. I have registered a concern by e-mail and phone (no response, yet) that I have because the tip over device was not installed. The technician said due to the outlet location, he could not install the range close enough to the wall to install the device. So, he left the device with me. I rated the range 5 stars; but am not pleased with the service I have received thus far.
after we had this stove Installed we started to notice our energy bill steadily increasing. We were unaware at the time that it could be our new appliance. We had a meter test done to determine what was sucking so much energy and it was pinpointed to our new stove! I called sears to see if we could return it but they were unable to because it was after 30 days. I’m so upset it took us a while to figure it all out. Don’t buy this stove.
