I ordered refrigerator Frigidaire FFTR1814TW 18 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator - White Item: 04684307000 on Sept 30th, 2020. I chose this refrigerator over other ones because more than 6,000 wrote good review on it. I paid for everything, except of warranty, which I am also thinking about to pay. Delivery was scheduled on Nov 20th. I was agreed for such long delivery. Then date of delivery was changed to Dec 2nd. I accepted this as well. Sears delivery team did not call nor send email day before as was promised when I placed an order. So I found of approximate time of delivery only on date of delivery Dec 2nd. When refrigerator was delivered, Sears delivery team: a) unpacked refrigerator, but did not take all packages; b) did not level refrigerator; c) did not plug refrigerator on; d) did not install the hinge protector; e) did not install the shelves into the main compartment; f) did not check with tenants if everything is fine and they like how shelf in the freezer installed, which is very low and inconvenient for using; g) took old refrigerator as it was supposed to be taken; h) left a card for warranty, but did not explain what to do with it and if warranty could be bought now after purchase. I am going to contact Sears and brought all this info up with hope that Sears will send other team professionals to fix and answer our questions.

|This has been a fricking nightmare, cannot contact sears, my fridge did not come even though the delivery company called to schedule a delivery, We prepared the old fridge and emptied it out, the scheduled time came and went and no fridge, called the delivery company and was told the truck was running late. Several hours later still no fridge, called the delivery company again and was told that it never even came to the warehouse. I tried contacting Sears but all I could get on the phone was foreigners with chickens and roosters crowing in the background, it is hard enough to understand a person with an accent but the roosters were my breaking point.. I was first told the fridge would arrive in January 22nd and now the delivery company, no Sears has told me it will not arrive til March 19th..I am not happy with Sears right now.
