Noisy compressor

When first delivered the unit had a loud vibration that was entirely unacceptable. The store replaced it with another unit promptly. However, even the second unit is a bit louder than I would have expected and louder than our main fridge. Fortunately, it is located inner garage and noise is not a critical issue so we have decided to keep it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Stopped Working after 20 months

My wife and I purchased this refrigerator a few months before the birth of our first child so that we wouldn't have any issues with any of our major appliances. Fast forward 20 months later and the unit has pretty much stopped working. The top freezer works, but everything in the main/lower section of the unit is at room temperature. Had to throw out all of groceries. Tried unplugging, vacuuming the lower vent, referring to the service data sheet, even searching the web for DIY repair videos. Apparently the unit does not have a diagnostic mode so I can't even tell what the problem. Now I must shell out $150 to a repairman just to diagnose the problem. Thanks a lot Frigidaire.
