I do not like anything about our new frig! It is awful!
I bought this FFTR2021T refrigeration on 11/23/2018. The freezer vents are icing up and the refrigerator are does not receive any cold air. Basically, the freezer works but not the refrigerator. Not good. Since this is under warranty can you have someone come out and repair this?
Even after being “repaired” produce are still freezing in parts of the refrigerator and going bad quickly in other parts. I am glad this model has been discontinued. Really bad experience with this unit. I have played with the temp for almost a year and still have a mess. Will never get another Friididaire unit again.

Dear Customer Service,
Last year in October at the age of 60, I bought my first home. Having been a single mom for most of my life, that dream was put on hold, for orthodontics, medical, college caring for sick parents etc I was glad to do it. And at the age of 60 said –these next twenty years (hopefully) are mine.
The home I purchased had been renovated top to bottom as I felt I owed it to myself to do it right and have as little maintenance and unexpected costs as possible.
In the home was a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator, stainless steel, a real beauty and having never owned a brand new one, always second hand or whatever was in the apartment I rented, I was excited.
The excitement started to dissipate after six months when I noticed small rust spots. They were tiny so I didn’t pay that much attention as I had been setting up the new home alone, so I had other fish to fry. It’s just me in the house so it’s not like a brood of young ones are constantly opening the door. Well just under a year and the appliance looks horrible. It looks dirty and I am so disappointed. I had no experience with stainless steel in the past so I didn’t even know this could happen. In retrospect, knowing what I know now, I would have preferred the old textured doors that resist stains and fingerprints. This all to say how deeply disappointed I am. Since they were installed by the contractors who renovated the house, I have no access to receipts or warranty information. I would have to believe there is minimally a year warranty. They were brand new though as I had to remove wrap etc. And I would think any company worth their salt, would rise to the occasion and make a situation right. And this is what I am asking you to do.
I am asking Frigidaire to stand by their appliance. Either replace the doors with ones that won’t do this, or replace the appliance with a non stainless steel. Please consider my request.
