I love my roller. I was a but concerned about the DVD that came with it. The roller used in the DVD ws not the same as the Textured Foam roller I had ordered. I called Gaiam and the representative sent me a page of exercises that I could use the roller with. Great customer service for sure. The Textured foam roller has worked great for some tightness in my upper back, Thanks, Gaiam!!!!
The dvd starts out with advertisements for 3 other products before you get to the workout. ?In the dvd he is using a longer foam roller so you can't even do all of the workout.

Good little roller
|This roller is a solid build little cute roller by Gaiam. Gaiam always manufactures good quality and well made products, this is just another example. The size is on the smaller side, as indicated by the measurements. it's only 12 inches! So be aware if you want a longer and bigger roller, you should look for something else. I used it to massage sour muscles all across my body, mainly in the leg and back areas. I can put both legs on the roller, but it's pretty tight for two legs, it's best used for one leg at a time. The bumps on the roller works great to help getting a deeper massage. On the back, it's just about the right size for me, but I'm a slim build person. So bigger build people should think about the size. All in all, it worked well for my purpose to get over sour muscles.
Awesome product
|This product is helpful and a staple in your household especially if you work out everyday. I love that I can take it anywhere and I love that it's small enough to massage my arms, feet, and legs. It is perfect for my little sister and a great practice for. l. I will definitely buy a second one because it is an all all round amazing product. My only concern is that the points on the foam roll can easily flatten or rip off. But other than that it is really useful and I love to take it to parks, gym, and hiking because I can always find a perfect spot to foam roll. It's a must buy if your muscles ache after a workout. You must not be without one on those painful days because foam rolling can come in handy.

|The roller is perfect for me. ?I just lay on it with the roller in different locations. ?The negative reviews are about the DVD not the roller. ?I never bothered with the DVD and had no trouble figuring out good uses for this roller!
