Very poor quality Patio from Brookstone Aware of this Product

After I bought this product ,within 1-2 months cushion started tearing off at the corner when it is been sewed already my 3 cushion are ripped of at corner and I can see internal white material and it is coming off.
Frame makes so much noise when you are seating
It is very poor quality Patio Set by Brookstone . Also there customer service is not good when I reached them explained them situation got no help . Customer serivice is bad with bad response.
I used this Patio set with Covered Patio if I would have used Outside uncovered patio This Patio set would have not be of any use after 1 month itself because of its poor quality
Please be aware of this product . Now I am stuck with the Product with no help.
