We installed this for a month and everything is good so far. The outlook is good and the features are great. Together with the dryer. They look amazing.
Your company compleley failed and wasted two months of my life that I will never get back. I ended up cancelling the order. But obvisouly you don't even know that. I bought the same product through LOWES and they delivered it when they said they would in ten days. You're company canceled my delivery four times. After sending me texts saying you are delivering. No wonder your going out of business.

Terrible Design
|GE intentionally makes their washers where it is difficult to repair. For example there is no bottom access on the front of the washer. So an easy and frequent repair means tearing the top, instrument and front panels off, as well as the door and seal. Job security for GE. Best advice is look for a washer with access to the bottom from maintenance area. Steer away from this model or anyone that does not allow for maintenance from the front.
Spins so violently it moves the entire washer
|I have the washer screwed onto the pedestal and during the spin cycle even on medium spin the washer spins so violently it scares me. It���s so loud and looks like it���s going to come right off the pedestal. It���s moves the entire unit each time. Why is this happening?
