Gaps inside of unit

Should there be gaps between this cover and the case? This looks like a quality control issue.

The order got canceled 3 days after I purchased it. Very disappointed and then Sears sends me this sh;t to ask if I will rate their products and service.

Loved it for the first year!

|

I have GE MODEL GSS23GGKBB - the first year it ran flawless then it started forming ice/snow in the freezer (it's frost free)) and the temperature in both freezer/frig would start creeping up. I've read all the reviews (other sites) and this is a huge problem with GE and Samsungs. You can replace the Defrost Heater, but the problem comes back. Wish I had done research before I bought it - would buy another brand for sure!

Nice But.......

|

I?ve found 2 issues.
1 the ice maker will get stuck on ?Crushed? even when set for ?Cubed? the fix is easy enough, pull the ice bin out and shake it vigorously, this will clear the problem.
The second issue is that the light in the fridge is on the dim side. Not a big issue just could be brighter.
