Convenience at Your Fingertips
My old stove only had 1 large burner so like that this one has 2 large and 2 small, also like the ease of moving the oven racks and that the stove top lifts up to clean under it if something boils over.
The stainless surfaces seem to stain quite easily. Control pad is the same as my old GE range and works well. Unfortunately, the bottom sliding drawer was sprung and all out-of-kilter. Plus it seemed very cheap and flimsy compared to the drawer in my old range. There is no handle on the drawer, only a very shallow impression embossed into the top edge. Looks like it'd be hard to open the drawer once you fill it with heavy pans or baking sheets. My Mom didn't like it, so we are returning the range and have found a nicer Kenmore range with a real handle on the bottom drawer (which was much sturdier as well).
Not working! Have to call to get it fixed! Don’t the employees check it before selling.
What it lacks in bells and whistles, it makes up for sturdiness and basic functionality.
This is the first time I've purchased a new range in 15 years, and I am so glad we went with this model. It's easy to use and has new safety features that make me feel more secure as a homeowner.
I had a GE stove prior to this one that burned out the element. Replaced it with this one just a few days ago so I can’t write a proper review. But I love the looks of it, looks like it’s going to last me a while. Love the knobs on the top and the display is very bright for the clock. So far the only thing I don’t care for is the timer beepers are very low soundIng.
I have only had this stove for three weeks, but it seems to cook well. There are two things that I don’t care for. One, when the oven is on, there is a clicking noice in the control panel. I checked online and apparently this is normal. It is annoying. Two, the safety features on the burners take some getting used to. Otherwise, I’m enjoying my new stove.
