GREAT GearRatchet SET!!

This 1/2 in. GearRatchet set is an amazing tool, if you are an auto mechanic and perform a lot front end work including wheel alignments this is the right set for you!!... I am a Tech level 2 and most of my work has to do with front end that requires a 1/2in. drive for more torque. The long ratchet can be used for better leverage at different angels. Also because of the pass thru sockets you don't have to worry about tight spaces or yet the use of deep sockets.. To all the Alignment Techs this is the tool that you would want to use when adjusting camber/caster angles specially on chevy trucks and suv's or any other vehicle that has the camber/caster adjustment.. So if you turn wrenches for a living i would strongly recommend this great Ratchet set.

Love and hate it.

This IS a sweet set...But within the first few uses of it the angle adjustment skipped and messed up the teeth on the adjustment part of the ratchet head. So usually not a big deal just go back and trade it in except sears will not honor it and sends you to apex customer service Wichita is a pain and a half

Best Innovation to the conventional ratchet

If you have not had the pleasure of using any of Gear Wrench's Pass Thru sets, you do not know what you're missing. I have this set (the 1/2") and also the 3/8 + 1/4. Absolutely the best tool purchases I have ever made. No more using deep sockets or worrying about limited space. These socets will fit over any stud. Super strong sockets and wrench, have yet to break any. Only problem I have with this is that it comes with an adapter to make the wrench accept a standard socket as well. That adapter pops in from the back so as soon as you put any foward pressure on it, it pops out of the wrench.
