Arrived broken

I ordered the set online, and picked it up in store. Unfortunately, when I opened the boxes (there were 3, it was packed tight) half of the set was broken. I understand that this happens, but dealing with customer service was a headache. Sears.com takes zero responsibility for the product and told me that they will not replace the item. The only thing they could offer me was a return slip to send the item back through UPS, or to take it back to Sears myself, and upon receipt, they will credit my account. Excuse me, but I want my dishes to be replaced, not credited with no intention of fixing the problem. Let me tell you, we were about to use Sears for a full roof replacement, but your poor customer service has changed my mind, and we're going with someone else now.
