Are gift cards from Shop Your Way Gift Cards plastic or electronic?
All of the cards offered by Shop Your Way Gift Cards are electronic and typically delivered via email within minutes. Depending on the brand, electronic cards may be redeemed online or in-store. Double check your card type during the checkout process to review specific delivery and redemption instructions.

Most cards are delivered electronically just a few minutes after placing your order, but please allow up to 24 hours. We'll email you when your card is ready to use.
Who is Raise?
Raise is a third-party partner who Shop Your Way has engaged with to provide gift cards in exchange for Shop Your Way points under the terms described on the checkout page.
Are all points eligible for redemption for Shop Your Gift Cards powered by Raise?
No, only select points are eligible for redemption of gift cards.
How are gift cards priced and how do I pay for them?
Cards are priced in Shop Your Way points. Before you select a gift card and check out, you will be required to sign in to your Shop Your Way account. By signing in, you will only be allowed to select gift cards you can afford with your current eligible points balance. Signing in will also ensure your gift card purchase with points is instant, safe, and secure.
Why can't I purchase a gift card for a custom value amount?
Currently, Shop Your Way Gift Cards only offers gift cards in the static value denominations offered by each brand.
Can I purchase a gift card as a gift for someone else and send it directly to them via the Shop Your Way Gift Cards website?
If you want to purchase a gift card as a gift, choose the 'Send As a Gift' option when you check out. You will be able to provide the gift recipient's name and email address so they can receive the gift card via email. In addition, you can write an optional message to the gift recipient.
How do I redeem my gift card?
If you are shopping online with your electronic card, enter the serial number and/or PIN into the gift card section during checkout. If you are shopping in-store with your electronic card, either bring the printed gift card email or show the barcode and/or serial numbers on your phone to the cashier. Please note that not all electronic cards may be used in-store.
How do I receive a gift card I purchase?
Cards are delivered electronically via email.
How can I purchase multiple gift cards?
Currently, members can only purchase one gift card per transaction. To purchase multiple gift cards, you need to purchase each gift card separately.
Why are gift cards from some brands not offered on Shop Your Way Gift Cards?
The brands offered are part of a specially curated collection of brands for Shop Your Way members. All brands in the collection offer electronic gift cards.
Do gift cards expire?
No, cards sold on Shop Your Way Gift Cards do not expire.
What should I do if I never received the gift card I purchased?
Even though most cards are delivered electronically via email just a few minutes after placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours. If you don't see an email with your gift card in your inbox, please check to see if it is possibly in another email folder such as a Spam folder, trash folder, etc. You can also search your email for the subject line "Your e-gift card has been delivered." or, if you were receiving a gift, "Surprise! You received a gift."

What should I do if I have other gift card issues?
For issues such as: card doesn't work, card value is missing, order was cancelled, etc. Please contact Raise customer service at (888) 578-8422. (Please have your Card ID and Order Number ready when contacting Raise.) Raise will be happy to straighten things out for you right away. Can I cancel my gift card order or return cards purchased through Shop Your Way Gift Cards?
All orders made on Shop Your Way Gift Cards are final and non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions relating to each gift card purchase, which are between the customer and Raise, are set forth at https://www.raise.com/terms. Shop Your Way is neither the seller nor the issuer of any gift card.
Changes without Notice. We may make changes to the Program and/or the terms of this Agreement at any time without notice. For example, we won’t notify You if we change what Rewards are available or the number of Points required to redeem a Reward. If we do make any changes to this Agreement, we’ll post an updated copy on ShopYourWay.com.
Changes with Notice. We’ll give you twenty one (21) days written notice if we make any of the following changes:
– A change that negatively affects the number of Points you can use to redeem for a gift card– A change in how you can exercise your rights under this agreement– If we cancel the Shop Your Way Gift Card program with Raise
