So upset with Sears. Ordered two Gladiator cabinets. A surprise for my husband, who is a mechanic. Picked up at local store, brought home and unpacked. BOTH were damaged. Multiple dents, dings, scratches, etc. Unusable - certainly wouldn't hold 300lbs safely (which is what they are rated for). Called Sears.com and was told to drive 30 MILES to different store which had them in stock to exchange. They said they'd give me a 10% credit to compensate for gas and time. Loaded up, went to store, exchanged. Drove home, unpacked and new cabinet damaged WORSE than the first! Called Sears store and was told: "we can't control if they're damaged from Gladiator, we just get what we're shipped. Come back again and we'll try to find you ones that are undamaged." NO apology, just "it is what it is." Expected me to make 2nd trip! Disappointed in poor customer service from store and online. If product is always damaged - don't sell it. If you provide damaged product - twice - then you need to fix it.
