I just got 3 of these. It took about 2 hours to put the first one together by myself. With 2 people these would be a breeze to put together. Everything fit the first time. The sheet metal is extremely well done and the finish is classy. The packing and shipping are excellent. The instructions are decent. My only complaint is that I wish the phillips head screws were hex sockets like the rest of the screws. The leveling feet are a little difficult to adjust by oneself. They could use some wrench flats so they could be adjusted from the inside of the cabinet.
Surprised to get cabinet with porcelain coating. Since Whirlpool made the, I think they should last and be easy to clean. The only flaw is the levelers are not adjustable from inside the cabinet. The leveling bolts should have slots of hex sockets on them. I am placing these back to back in a recessed area that will make it difficult to adjust (they will be bolted together, so they don't tip)..
I bought two GearBoxes two months ago. The nice parts: - Easier than I thought to put together. - Nice overall quality. - Doors shut tight. However, here are the bad: - Factory delivery put a few dents here and there. One noticeable is on a door which I had to bang it back with my fist. - The gauge of the metal shelves is not thick enough for heavy items like a miter saw. It warps a little.
I just got two of these and they are great. They are large, solid and easy to assemble.
I put this one up about 3 weeks ago and it works great. It fits everything and the shelves are adjustable. Just make sure you lay out your garage on paper before you start hanging gear track. You need to account for height and ease of access.
