I ordered this product on line from sears, used my $4.99 SYW points on about 10/09/18 or 10/10/18 for store pickup and never received it, I called Sears twice and I received a email that they refunded my SYW points to my account, unless, they've expired. I haven't received my product and they've never returned my points. My un-returned SYW points must now be wherever my undelivered product is. Really!!!!
I still have not received this item, please help
