I received this dryer on 01/26/18, it worked fine at first but on 02/23/18, it broke down. I do not overload the dryer, so i dont understand why the drum suddenly was not leveled, the piece that holds the lint catcher came apart and every time it turned on after it would make a loud sound as if it was dryer metal pieces. When you receive it, it is not a goplus dryer, its a Costway dryer, i contacted sears and they couldnt do anything to help me. I had to email back and forth with factory direct, and negotiate an appropriate refund amount. I shouldve received a whole refund, but atleast i got 75% back. DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER!!
PLEASE review the warranty or get an extended warranty. very loud after a while and when asked they told me 90 day warranty. Cheap stuff!!!
Dryer arrived I was so happy! but when I opened the box, it had a dent in the frame and scratches on the back ! I turned it on, and it screeched as tub turned!!. IT dries, but stops every few minutes all through cycle. Looks Like New , BUT RUNS LIKE TRAIN WRECK !!
Starts out as a great product only used it about 2 months before the drum completely broke and customer service ***** I have been trying to get help for over 2 weeks from them and they don’t want to take responsibility
When I first received this product in March of 2018 it worked very well I was very pleased with the product but on June 2nd of 2018 the drum just broke and it is not fixable with a bearing kit the whole drum needs to be replaced Now mind you I didn’t start using it till about April so less then 70 - 80 days it is completely broken and unusable I have sent pictures and emails to the costway/ goplus company and they have been no help in replacement of this item I was told they could refund me $50 back from what I paid for it and I could have it fixed locally when the item is clearly unfixable the whole unit needs to be replace but they have not gotten back to me yet because my order was placed about 3 months ago I do not recommend buying and of these goplus/ costway items because they do not stand behind there products and do not seem to care they have your money already so tough luck for you. There is no phone number to speak to anyone only communication is through email
