worse product I have ever purchased, the problem is that all the liquid leaks from the bottom, the little rubber liner that goes in the bottom does noting to prevent, turning the bottom as tight as it goes also doesn't stop it from leaking all the liquid you put in . this was a total rip off I tried to return it to Sears the 1st week I bought it but they gave my a big load of garbage saying they couldn't return without a order form. how convenient is that since no paper work came with the order at all. I will never order form this company or sears again and I have been a good customer with sears for years now. I am very unhappy with this item now I have to buy another blender .this was money down the drain. no company should sell a product that doesn't work this is AWFUL. shame on you Sears .
