ONLY buy this if your options are limited

Overall, the frame is flimsy. the plastic 2" hitch adapter is worthless as the bolt inside will slip off and you'll have to dig the plastic out to get to it. it's dificult getting the bikes up and around the plastic straps on the support arms. plastic straps have simple pegs; you'll have to augment with cargo straps if you don't want your bikes falling off. horrible product.
