When you order this product, it doesn't say anywhere in the order process that it gets delivered to you in a box, and you have to schedule installation for another time or put it together yourself. This is by far the tackiest delivery I have ever had and I will never purchase another item from Sears. I realize this review is more about the delivery process that the item itself. However, at the moment I cannot see it. I should have realized something when Sears provides you a two hour deliver window, but somehow the time kept getting pushed back within that delivery window. Anyway, my next step was to call to find out what options I had. I got transferred around 4 times, got put on hold and dropped back in the queue. I asked to speak to a manager, and was repeatedly put off until I got demanding. Then I was put on hold only to be told when someone finally came back that there was no manager. I took off work to wait for this delivery. Now it seems I will have to take off work to have it set up. I do not understand how a big company like Sears has set up such a tacky delivery system making installation a separate part of delivery. They really have a long way to go to get their act together. My rating is for my dissatisfaction in the delivery process and their customer service which supports the products they sell.
Poor workmanship on all cushions and the entire set in general, horrible stiching, no zippers on cushions ,gaps in the wicker, just plain horrible for the amount of money spent on this item , if it wasn’t a hassle I would return, Do not Buy, I did take pictures if I can post I will.
We ordered this item online and picked it up in store. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy. The fabric is a bit scratchy and the cushions slip a lot and don’t stay in place but overall it’s a good set so far. It looks really nice and seems sturdy.
