I have had a sears MasterCard since 2005 and have not received points once. I have called several times since 2005 to get this fixed and nothing yet,

It's impossible that you have been calling since 2005, shop your way only began in 2010, your very well may have had a Mastercard since 2005, but it would not have been linked to a shop your way membership since it didn't exist, you probably need to link your MasterCard to your shop you way account

How do I make sure that I receive the 10% cash back points when I purchase stuff off of Groupon? Or how do I make sure I get cash back points by any?

sometimes in store I have had to have supervisor do an override with a digital coupon. Call SYW and see if they will credit you
