I have been using this mixer since I received it for making chocolate chip cookies and I would say that I love it. It has great power and it mixes the dough perfect. I've had other mixers where they have a hard time once you start adding ingredients but this one does wonders. I have no issue with it. I would definitely recommend it if you bake or mix ingredients.
You have to push in the speed control switch to get the beaters to pop out. However, while using this to make a batch of soft peanut butter cookies, the beater kept falling out. I made sure my fingers and hand was nowhere near the button, it still came out. Not happy with this purchase at all. Waste of money, do not buy.
