I absolutely love candy land. WE have own two sets of this game because we used our first one so much. We bought our first game when my daughter turned 3. This game helped her to learn her colors. It also taught her about taking turns too. WE had to buy another game when my third child turned 3.
My daughter absoultley loves this game. It is so easy for young kids to play. They are also learning at the same time. She tells me what color and how many. Our cards got damaged a little bit which is my fault but the game is so cheap we can buy a new one every year or so.

I was so happy when my little girl was to the point were we could play games :)

we got all of the games from my childhood and i was so happy that Candy Land was one of the ones we could shair with her........ it was one of my favoret ones growing up and now she asks to play all the time!

Great game for the entire family....a true classic!

The Candyland I remember playing many years ago had more luscious candy images and a more pastel-colored board. This one is fine but the kooky food characters seem weird to me, as an adult. Fun to play, sturdy pieces and cards. Still worth getting and a fair price, around 5 bucks.
