  • You can find all of your Shop Your Way information such as your past transactions, points earned, redeemed, expired etc. by clicking your name on the top corner of the screen.
  • If you are unable to view your membership information, you will need to activate your account-  Click on your name located in the upper right-hand corner of the page,then click on Join or Activate. In the pop-up  window, you will need to enter your Member Number.

My account shows the wrong amount of Points. What should I do?

If you bought something at a participating store and the Points don't show up, click on the your username at the upper right corner of the screen, and then click on My Points from the left menu to display all of your most recent store purchases.

The amount of points in your account is incorrect? Please contact the Member Care Center by phone at 1-800-991-8708

Retrieving Missing Points

  • Points are updated on a weekly basis and usually take 7 – 10 days to appear online or at the register.
  • If it’s been more than 10 days and you still haven’t received your points, you may contact us at 1.800.991.8708

If you recently bought something at a Sears or Kmart store and didn't use your account to get Points for it, there is an easy fix – you can still get them!

  • For purchases made at mygofer, Sears Auto Centers, Sears Home Services, Sears Grand, Sears Essentials, Sears Hardware, Sears Authorized Hometown Stores and Sears Outlet, or, please call Customer Service at 1.800.991.8708 to add these transactions to your account.

I have CASHBACK /FREECASH in points. Why does it show that I have 0 points when I proceed to checkout?

Some of the items are not eligible for Points redemption. If the items are not eligible for points redemption, you will not be able to use your points towards your purchase.

How do I redeem Points Online?


  • In order to redeem your points online, proceed to checkout or go to your Cart.
  • If you have signed in, on the top of your Cart page, you will see your points information
  • If you have not signed in, you may sign in and proceed to the Payment page

  • On the Payment page, click on “Redeem My Reward Points” and choose the amount of points you want to redeem

  • If you choose to checkout as a guest, on the Payment page, you may enter your Member Number (if it’s not already there) and your PIN number to redeem your points.

On which products can I redeem points?

You may visit our Redeem-Points page and explore all the products that available for points redemption, or search for the product you are interested in and use the  Redeem Points filter located on the left menu (as shown on the image below) .The products you will see are products you can purchase using your points.

How do I redeem Points In-Store?

In store

  • During checkout at participating stores, provide your Member number, email address, or phone number at checkout. Your Points will be automatically added to your account.
  • Tell the associate how many Points you would like applied to your purchase. You can redeem some or all.
  • 1,000 Points = $1.00
  • Enter your Shop Your Way PIN on the key pad.

I made a return, should I get my FREECASH in points back?

If you return a purchase you made with FREECASH in points, you will only receive the amount back which you actually redeemed from your Shop Your Way account, not the redemption amount as well as the FREECASH in points.

FREECASH in points are similar to "money off coupons." If you return something which you purchased with a $1 off coupon, as an example, you will not receive the $1 back in your refund amount.

If your FREECASH in point offer is still valid, the offer may be used again. As an example, if you redeemed 1,000 of your Points, which triggered a $5 FREECASH in point offer, $6 would be taken off your original purchase price. When you return that item, you will only receive the 1,000 Points you redeemed as your refund.

I made a return, should I get my points back?

If you used points from your "current balance" (base or bonus) to pay for the item that is returned, you should receive the points back to your account.

If the points used had been bonus points with a limited redemption timeframe (i.e. 90 days), the points that are refunded to you may reflect that same redemption timeframe (i.e. 90 days).

Any transaction (purchase or return) can take up to 30 days to post to your account. However, most in-store returns (of an in-store purchase) post the same day and most returns of online orders will post within 7-10 days.
