PIN Number
What is a PIN?
PIN stands for Personal
Identification Number. It’s like a password. It protects a your account and
points.
A PIN is
confidential information. No associate, including our Member Care Center
Advisors can see your PIN. Only member have access to view their own PIN. SYW
Member Care Center Advisors can send the PIN via text or email but cannot view
or edit on behalf of the member.

When is a PIN needed?
A PIN is required when
redeeming more than $25 in points (25,000 points) in store.
A PIN is not required for
online purchases.
Members who present a
membership card (i.e. SYW VIPs, member who print their card from shopyourway.com)
at checkout do not need a PIN.

Your PIN Number
- To retrieve your PIN and
Member Number, click on your name at the upper right corner of the page and
then click on "Membership number & PIN " .

- If you have a mobile number
attached to your Shop Your Way account, all you need to do is text PIN to 95990.

If you are not logged in, you may also use the Forgot Member Number or PIN
link found on the member site: http://www.shopyourway.com
- If you are unable to view your points and membership information, you probably need to
activate your account. In order to do so, click on your username at the upper right-hand corner of the page,then click on Join
or Activate. In the pop-up window, please enter your Member Number.

- If you don't know your Member Number, you may use the
Forgot Member Number or PIN link found on the member site: http://www.shopyourway.com

Where can I change my PIN / Member Number?
To change your
PIN number click on your name at the upper right corner of the page , click on "
Membership number & PIN" and then click on "
Change PIN" from your membership card

You can also edit your
PIN and
membership number from your Account Settings page. In order to do so, go to your account setting by clicking here:
Account Setting page and click
Edit next to PIN \member number.
