How can I track the points I’ve earned in with SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Partners?
You can review your points balance and account activity at any time on the ShopYourWay Member account profile page located at www.shopyourway.com. You will need your username(email address) and password to log in and view activity on your account including Rewards Partner point activity.
What should I do if I think I did not receive points for a purchase?
First,check the Recent Activity tab within your member profile located at ShopYourWay.com to confirm you did not receive your points.
If you do not see the points you believe you have earned, you can do one of the following:

To request missing points be added to your account, you will be asked to provide certain transaction-related information located on your receipt in order to verify the purchase was made at a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Partner.
How do I update my Visa card information?
To update your Visa card information, simply visit shopyourway.com/rewardspartners/link and complete the enrollment process again for your card using the updated card information (like the new card expiration date or new mobile phone number associated with the card).
To enroll additional Visa cards (up to 3 cards per member), fill out the Enrollment Form for each card you wish to add after you have completed the first enrollment process with your mobile phone.
How can I cancel my enrollment in ShopYourWay Link?
You can cancel your enrollment at any time by visiting shopyourway.com/rewardspartners/link and clicking on the “unenroll” link at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to unenroll your card(s) in the program.
Completing this form will not cancel your membership in the ShopYourWay program.
How can I cancel/ opt-out of text messages for ShopYourWay Link?
Youcan Opt-Out of receiving text messages from ShopYourWay Link by texting STOP to71382 on your mobile phone at any time. This Opt-Out will not cancel your enrollment in ShopYourWay Link or inthe ShopYourWay Program.
How can I use the points I earn with SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Partners?
ShopYourWaypoints can be redeemed at any Sears, Kmart, and/or participating Lands’ End store.
ShopYourWaypoints cannot be redeemed for purchases with Rewards Partners at this time.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
Any points you earn on a purchase from a SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS Partner will be deducted from your account if you return the merchandise from your purchase. Some Rewards Partners may not allow returns.
You should check each individual Rewards Partner’s return policy carefully prior to making a purchase.
