Riped on First flight

Not durable, riped on my first flight. It's large, but if you intend to use a a piece of luggage I WOULD NOT!!!

Like the fact that this is wheeled bag and a backpack. You can also detach the small day pack and use separately. Took it as a carry-on luggage in the recent trip and it worked great.

So Disappointed with Company and their Product

|

Purchased this bag for one trip where I had to travel light. The bag did not survive one round trip flight. The stiching unraveled. I only owned the bag for one month. I emailed Customer Service and was ignored. I called one month later and told that I needed to ship the bag to Arizona for inspection to see if I damaged the bag and that they would not replace despite being a new purchase. I'll throw it away and purchase a competitor's product before I ship it to Arizona. Order #HSA00152971

Could not be happier. Worked Great for a trip to Italy.

|

Used this for a 2 wk trip to Italy as a carry on. The day pack zips off to become your personal item. I was able to wheel everything until boarding and then I took the day pack off. The only suggestion I have is not to over packed the main bag. You may need to adjust things if something is in the way of the zipper to zip on the daypack. I don't understand the earlier review - this bag went thru 4 flights, multiple train changes and being rolled over a lot of cobble streets and held up great. I have several High Sierra bags they are all work horses.

Most versatile piece of luggage on the market

|

A week worth of clothes fit's nicely. You can carry the whole thing on with an additional small carry on,then detach the backpack if needed to fit in the cargo hold. This gives you a small extra piece of luggage that won't cost you $$ checking
