I absolutely love this light. It does take some time to attach the crystal strands but it was a beautiful accomplishment when completed. I definitely recommend this beautiful chandelier.
Sears Marketplace Guarantee is worthless. Don't Buy. I was sent a broken item and can't get a full refund. They want me to pay shipping costs on the broken trash they sent. This is a cheap glass chandelier. The fraudulent marketing makes it seems like you're getting a deal BUT you are not. No way this is worth 2k. It's not even worth $30. The company's customer service responds from overseas through Gmail, so you'll get emails at 1am. They are not helpful at all. Dealing with Sears has been a pain to say the least. On three occasions I was told I would get a FULL REFUND, but have not. Unless you want an inferior product and want to deal with Sear's unhelpful process, DO NOT BUY. I will NEVER shop Sears Marketplace ever again! I have wasted so much time dealing with this issue and am over it! I will be contacting my credit card company to help resolve this FRUSTRATING matter since neither the seller nor Sears is competent enough. Also the contact #'s these vendors give always have a busy signal, no one ever picks up, fyi. The Seller that sold me this trash was FIRSTBUY, but if you look at the other sellers selling similar garbage you'll see they only have gmails as contact numbers and read the 1 star ratings and you'll see the complaints are similar. Also, I received a email link from Sears to review this item after my purchase and I left this same honest negative review with pictures attached for proof, but for some reason they have yet to post it so I'm trying to post this current review through my Sears log-in. Unfortunately this method doesn't allow me to attach pictures. Save your self the headache and don't buy this trash and definitely don't trust Sears and their bogus Marketplace Guarantee. Sears should be ashamed to affiliate themselves with shady 3rd part sellers like FIRSTBUY and if Sears is going to offer a "Marketplace Guarantee" then they should stick behind it, but clearly they don't listen to customers and continue to make bad decisions which is why they are in the mess they are currently in.

|This is a very good deal for the price. I was going to buy another Chandelier for 200$+ when I noticed this one and decided to give it a try and I am glad I did, I wasn't looked for anything catchy so these worked out pretty well.
BEAUTIFUL !
|It is so much prettier in person. It looks very expensive. We are very happy with this purchase. I spent days looking for a perfect chandelier and decided to buy this one. To be honest I was a little afraid buying in online without seeing it in person but after installing it I couldn't believe how beautiful it looks.

|First of all the price was excellent for a fixture of this size and look at least to me. This light fixture is just beautiful.. it is actually a lot bigger than we expected.
