Vacuum came in fast, the customer service was amazing! All the customer service reps that dealt with me were so friendly. Best vacuum I've ever had! Better then shark and dyson! I'll be sticking with Hoover forever!
I’ve had this vacuum just about a year. Worked really well the first couple times I used it. Since then if I use it the roller brush will not spin unless I hold the handle almost straight up. It is almost like there is a safety switch that is not working properly!
Dont like it. I just used it for the first time. Its heavy to push and my arm was getting tired. It's the heaviest vacuum I've had of the past 3. Accessories were falling off as i was vacuuming. The head is not very wide, so i had to push many more times to cover the room, and did i mention its heavy? It does mot edge well. It leaves gunk for a good half inch out from the baseboard. I'm very unhappy with this purchase
This vacuum does NOT work well on pile medium to high carpet pile.( The brush does not roll forward, only backward )and the brush tool is cheaply made. would NOT buy again
I love my windtunnel air lift but the belt just broke and I’m having a hard time finding a belt to fit in stores. Tried looking on this website but now I’m not sure which belt it is.
I was really surprised with this products power, the types of tools, length of cord and turning ease. For the price, my first use says well worth it. If the suction power holds up, the expense of the 2 filters, will be still worth it!
The drawback of this machine is the top heavy aspect and the smaller size of the head, meaning it takes more strokes and maybe longer to do the job.
I have been using this vacuum for a year now and it vacuums the same as the day I got it. Horrible. The vacuum is heavy and tends to fall over while using the hose. Even on level groud without tugging. There are so many attachments. Which might be great for some but they just get in the way. They fall off randomly and will only work when using the proper attachment. While cleaning one area this could mean using three attachments for one job. The worst part is that the brush roll doesn't roll. I live in an apartment with 90% carpet. Thin, low laying carpet, and the brush roll will just randomly turn off within the first few motions. I've cleaned the roll and tried again and again but it still doesn't keep moving. Without the brush roll running my carpet barely gets clean. It will have some sucktion but picks up hardly anything. On what little tile I do have it doesn't work well either. It is better to use the attachments which as dicribed above is just frustrating to use.
