This is a very pretty tree....easy to put together and, though you have to take time to shape and fluff out the branches, it's worth it! Once assembled and shaped, it fills in nicely before you even get any ornaments on it. The lights are distributed great! I love the touch of the cashmere tips. They really dress up the tree. Great price and I would recommend this one to anybody.....
I bought this tree in November 2012 and it has a 3 year warranty. After the 2nd season of using it, the top section of lights stopped working (December 2013). I contacted Customer Service twice - the first time I was told that a new top section would be sent to replace the one not working. After 5 months, I received a string of lights with a letter stating new sections of trees would not be sent out because it wasn't the tree that wasn't working, it was the lights that was causing the problem. So their solution is for me to string lights on my "pre lit" tree. They are no longer answering their toll free customer service number. You receive a pre-recorded message telling you to contact them at their website with an email address in Taiwan who tell you the same story. Buy at your own risk knowing that if you have a warranty issue, it will not be solved to your satisfaction.
