I received 2/3 wrong items

I bought 3 of the fuchsia backpack, I received 2 light pink and 1 fuchsia backpack. One of the light pink backpacks already had a dirt mark on it. Sears offered for me to keep it + 5% refund, I declined. They were quick to send a return label since I have no stores near me. I returned the same day but the return journey still took a full week. Once they received the item, I got a refund in points and I was able to get a substitute item since the original item is never in stock. It was a rather frustrating process that shouldn't have been that way if only the fulfilling store had not substituted products. I do want to receive my items as I ordered them and I don't appreciate an unplanned Uber to the UPS store
