Jitterbug Smart phone

Purchased this product for my husband. he loves it because he has low vision ,so the apps and numbers are large enough he can see them and the phone is easy operation for someone who is older limited vision and not tech savvy. Best purchase ever.

Review of Jitterbug phone

The phone is great for seniors, but unfortunately I returned this because it's not compatible with a lot plans like AT&T, etc., so could not keep my established plan if I purchased this phone.

Some elderly people who use flip phone might have trouble

Bought this for elderly relative who had been using an old flip phone. Concept of easy to use icons was selling point, but the elderly person has issues with touching screen (fingernails get in way) and remembers "old way" of flip phone versus smartphone. If i had to do it over, would have gotten Great Call flip phone with same elderly friendly features. Sears order on line and pickup was great, senior technology phobia is main issue. ATT service area here is spotty at times for relative who lives in assisted living.
