After my two sons began playing ping pong this past summer, I purchased this table following extensive research. What set this table apart from others at this price range was the fact that the table top was one inch in thickness (which provides the best and most accurate ball bounce). Given that SEARS only sells this table, I called Joola prior to my purchase to learn more and they told me that the "Signature" model is specifically made for SEARS and is virtually their Tour 2500 table under a different name. After playing on the table for about 1 month, I remain blown away with the quality. On a negative side, the product did come with some minor flaws on the surface (the box was pristine when I picked it up so SEARS is not to blame for this). I have been working closely with customer service at Joola to rectify the situation and they have been nothing short of kind.
I bought this item when they ran a promotional sale for $299.99 and scheduled for delivery after 2 weeks, since it was a special occasion for us. The day before delivery I get an automated call asking me to call Sears customer service number as there is a difficulty with my delivery. I get redirected couple of times between customer service and online sales and eventually I am told that the manufacturer has stopped providing this product to Sears and hence they cannot honor my order. I check online and I see that the item is still being sold on Sears with $399 and can be bought. I was told to place the new order but the existing order for $299 will be cancelled. After dealing with couple of rude customer service reps who hung up on me when i wanted to speak to manager eventually I am redirected to sales who told me she can honor the price of $299 and place a new order. but the product will be delivered after 3 weeks since delivery has been booked for earlier days. No wonder Sears stores are closing with low sales(Very Bad customer service). Nothing against the product as I have not seen the product yet. Still on hold with the sales rep who is placing my order for last 40mins... NOTE: Hopefully the product makes up for this inconvenience
I actually bought this table based on another review I read that he had done all reviews and this was the best. AND it certainly is! My kids absolutely love it and the greatest thing is it gets them off their ‘devices’. I’m also ‘into it’ and it’s great family fun. I did have to have a ‘handyman’ come over and put it together - 2 hours -
Sears is hand down the Largest piece of garbage company I have ever worked with in my entire life on this earth. It is no wonder they are going under. I worked with a Manager named Susan at the Aurora Mall location in CO. I bought this table from them and it is a massive challenge for me to get a truck to move this, and the table is completely destroyed when I open it. I ask them to get me a new table which, by the way, getting someone on the phone that can help is preposterous, and they tell me I need to come in to the store. Once I get there, Susan who is a terrible person, tells me they can order me a new table but I have to come back to pick it up rather than help me out with shipping. I wanted to drop the old and pick up the new at the same time to avoid this issue, but this must have been to hard to grasp. SO, I ordered the new table and, as promised, since Susan wouldn't help on the delivery fee or let me drop off the at the same time, here I am writing about her. Nice table tho
I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it!! It’s heavy, but not hard to put together. We are very happy we purchased it!!
This is the best ping pong table with a great price. 25mm thick very sturdy and easy to store by folding them. It is quite heavy to move but once assembled, it can be easily move because of the wheels.
