I purchased my pressure washer in July or August of 2018. I used it for the second time today, Feb. 15 2019 and I'm pretty sure the engine locked up. It started to make a different noise and not long after the engine shut off. Tried pulling start cord and it wouldn't budge.

Concerned about this power washer. Spray gun and hose holders fell off first time tempted to use the machine. Appears to be due to flimsy/ too short of screws. We constantly have to add gasoline just after few minutes of use. This can't be right. Likely will return machine altogether. Quite disappointed.

I'd like to give it 5 stars because I think it's a beauty... but... imagine my surprise when I rip open the box, assemble, and find no hose!!! This sucks.

Unit works well. Starts right up. Owners manual shipped with unit is for other machine showing choke and engine speed lever neither of which is on the unit which has an on/off switch controlling an automatic choke. Machine operates at one speed all the time, and isn't adjustable, but works fine.

Unboxing was simple and there were no missing parts. Minor assembly was easy even for a novice handy person. Be sure to unbox in a well ventilated area as there was a strong odor in the box, mostly a rubber smell from the tires. Operation was easy to understand from the instructions and it does a good job. We tested an area on the driveway first and it was so easy to change the nozzles for different jobs. This is a great presser washer and will get the job done!
