The gauge is convenient to use. You do not need to hold the gauge there to read the value, so you lose less air. The only small problem might be that it is a little small compared to my old gauge.
I would not recommend this item to anyone. It was to replace the free guages you get from tire shops. No matter what tire pressure my tires actually had (they were approximately 35 per the car computer and the free guages), this guage would not register more than 25 PSI.
After 1 use the indicator would not Zero out and stayed at 7psi. Sears will not replace it.
Accurate and sturdy.
My husband loved this little gadget so much he ordered one for each car and gave a couple away.
