Was told that they are non stick, That was a total lie. Anything that is cooked in these both stick or leave marks. Even when I use a cooking spray things still seem to stick. On top of that they are kind of a pain in the arsh to clean. The little nubs inside the pan are a pain in the tuckus. I gave 2 stars because they really do look good and they are pretty heavy duty. Anyone looking to buy these or people that have bought them already to clean them good you gotta put a decent amount of water and a little dish soap in the pot or pan, bring that to a rolling boil for about 3 minutes and use a sponge on a stick to clean it up.
Bought 1 pot with lid. Love it so much I bought the set. Excellent Cookware, dishwasher safe and easy to hand wash clean.
Heavy duty, good value
This was a gift to another person who can't stop raving about the beauty of the set, the balance of the pots and handles, and the ease of cleaning.
This set consists of a 1.5qt pot, a 3qt pot, an 8qt stockpot, 10" and 8" frying pans, and a saute pan. Fairly tight-fitting glass lids without steam holes are included for all pots and the saute pan. The lip of all cookware is bend, which is rather nice for pouring and stirring, and the there is a gentle curve on the bottom edge as well. The handles are riveted. They fork out towards the attachment point to allow steam to pass through so to remain cool. All parts of the set feel solid. Branding is very minimal. The pots/pans themselves are oven-safe for 550F or so like all tri-ply; the lids up to 400F.
The material is standard tri-ply: an outer layer of magnetic stainless steel for induction cooktops; an inner core of aluminium for heat distribution and another layer of higher quality stainless steel (likely a slightly more economical option than All-Clad's 18/10 steel.) The outer layer is polished. Production quality on the set we purchased was good and the bottoms are completely flat.
We paid $160 and at this price, the set is excellent value compared to the countless tri-ply budget brands. The bend lips are practical and so are the glass lids, which remain cool to the touch during cooking at low heat. This set includes all important sizes and does not inflate the number of pieces by including utensils. The lids are practical, I find glass much more practical than the lower-cost steel lids many competitors include.
