Regular Cycle - removes even tea stains on cups.

My Dishwasher is WONDERFUL. If you unfortunately need to buy a new one, I love my new one... http://www.sears.com/kenmore-12333-24inch-built-in-w-ss-interior-ada/p-02212333000P I went for a dishwasher that had a hard-particle grinder, because of that, it won't be a silent model. So if your looking for totally silent this one is not (it is still 'much' quieter than my old Kenmore). I used the regular cycle for the first time. This cycle takes longer. (there is a quicker wash setting, as well as one for pots and pans that is even longer). Now during the day I re-use the same tea cup, to avoid 10 dirty cups to wash per day. So they get stained and that only baking soda would remove. I put a stained one in the dishwasher and this regular cycle it cleaned it!!! I also put a glass jar in there (I recycle and maybe go once a month so I wash my glass and plastic food items). THIS dishwasher removed the label !!! Totally immaculate. My old dishwasher would roughen up the label but did not remove it. The con is this dishwasher inside is a bit smaller than my old one, I could fit 6 cups in a row in my old one but in this one only 5 (I angle them so water does not pool on the tops and that takes a bit more room). It is a great machine.

Don't buy it!

Don't buy this dishwasher. It doesn't wash well, doesn't dry well. There's always a green light illuminated giving you the false pretense that the dishes are clean. cycles take WAY too long. Poor quality....racks fly out causing dishes to fly out. Not worth it.

Very nice

|

I have had the dishwasher for a week. The dishwasher works great. The dishes are very clean and its very quiet. I have only 2 complaints. The racks are much smaller than i expected. They don't hold as many dishes as the 8 year old it replaced. The other complaint is the dry cycle doesn't work that well. The dishes are still very wet after the unit is done. I still think this is a good buy at the price point.

Great but

It is a great and easy to operate machine. However, it is smaller than most. I had limited space, so you get what you get. Works great!

Running perfectly!

|

We bought two for our office and have been very happy with them. We run them each about once a day and if used with Dish Dry/a drying agent they all dry perfectly on the EcoCycle, which takes much less time than the regular cycle. Glad we got these for such a great price, too!

Shoddy Dishwasher

|

I have used this new machine twice and the best I can say is that the dishes came out clean. But: it has no place for little things like plastic lids that won't fit in the silverware container. The top rack is so close to the top of the tub that you can't get a salad plate in it. The space between top and bottom rack is not adequate to slip a dinner plate into the bottom without pulling the rack out. The front roller on the lower rack fell off when it has only been pulled in once or twice. I still can't get it back on. What a piece of junk.
