Kenmore Disher

Dishwasher runs quiet and and the most important feature is the 1 hour wash cycle. If I add the heated dry it takes one 1 and 1/2 hr. Most dishwashers runs 3 hrs with no 1 hour wash cycle which was disturbing to me. This dishwasher runs quiet. Dishes are amazingly clean. I have not use the turbo yet, but it adds 2 addition wash time hrs. Be careful when selecting a dishwasher with no 1 hour wash cycle. It is extremely large inside and i love it.

Poor quality. Doesn't do as well as the 20 y/o Maytag we replaced

We have owned this product since mid November and I have to hand wash the dishes before I load them or they don't get clean.  It also doesn't drain completely. There is always at least half a half an inch to an inch of water in the bottom of the tub. I have checked all of the screens and everything to make sure that it's not plugged, and it's not.  I will be calling Sears for my first service call on this dishwasher. Thank goodness I bought the master service plan as I seem to be going to be using it a lot

Complete junk

Had this dishwasher for 4 years. Already replaced all of the rack rollers, Turbo Zone is a joke and now it leaked water all over the floor. Also the run cycle is incredibly long and the dishes don't dry worth the ****. Today I unhooked it and threw it off the back deck. 1st and last Kenmore appliance I will ever buy. $700 dishwasher lasted 4 years. Not good

POOR Overall

This dishwasher wouldn't run thru the whole cycle after just a couple of months. They made multiple trips until finally repair guy says they've figured it out and I've been replacing the whole pump/motor unit on a ton of these lately. That corrected that problem. However it was in and out so much that the screw won't hold it tight into my cabinet anymore. Now I've got wheels on both racks that are breaking off and they won't do a thing. I know the parts warranty, but this is a $600 dishwasher, and you had me down for months (doing dishes for the fam by hand) when it was in warranty. BUT, there is no give, or common sense when you call them...so I am done buy from Sears.

I hate my new dishwasher

|

3.5 hours to wash dishes is just too long of a turn around for me. I am a daycare provider so Breakfast and lunch are just a few hours apart. I used to have a washer with a 30 min wash cycle. LOVED IT. This time I was looking for a sani wash and turbo dry. Both cannot be used with a 1 hour wash..........SO DISAPPOINTING ! I want my old washer back!

We bought our last Kenmore about 14 years ago. We have had no issues with it at all until now. The water pump went out and even tho the repair was miner my wife and I wanted to up grade. WE bought this new Dishwasher with the Turbo Zones. WOW, what a difference in getting our bake-ware clean. No more scraping out the bottom of our dishes either. We use the Melaleuca Diamond Brite Dish-washing detergent so need for rinse aids. If I could give this unit a 10 Star Rating I would.
