Stainless Like Your Dishes
The stainless steel tub packed inside...
Very quiet and cleans well, we only had 2 issues. 1. Anchoring it to the side cabinets is very tough to secure. 2. Don't touch the front stainless steel easily smudges. if you just use the handle it's pretty much clean. Tip, do nit sit flush to cabinets you must keep it out about an inch due to the heat vent that's on the left side of the door or it will ruin the wood over time.
I used this machine less than 5 times and the dishwasher leaked all over my floor. The installation company broke my pipe upon installation on the first visit. They hit a pipe and cracked it with their wrench causing a crack and slow leak. Then the dishwasher leaked and when the installer came to change it out they said the timing/ motor mechanism breaks and they see it all the time. The installation company and delivery companies are different and they do not coordinate delivery on the same day. Awful experience all around. No one will call you back from customer service. Stay away from Sears.
Very quiet. Installation was EZ. Operating well after the first month with daily usage.
Purchased this dishwasher Aug 23, 2017, paid to have installed on the 25th. My wife tried to wash the dishes on the 26th. The soap fell to the bottom of the floor and never cleaned the dishes. I believe that water is not coming into the washer. Possible broken pump. The water lines are on. We have ran the dishwasher in 3 different cycles to try and get it to work. We have called the installers, but they will not answer the phone or call us back. I have been on the phone several times with Sears and talk to one out-of-the-country person after another. They barely speak English and keep transferring me to more foreign people who can't seem to get a person out to our home to fix our brand new dishwasher that I spent $650 on. I see why Sears is struggling to keep stores open. Help from Arlington, TN.
I won't spend a lot of time here, but please, please, please, for the love of all that is sane in the world, DO NOT BUY this dishwasher. Does it clean? Yes. Does a normal cycle last OVER THREE HOURS? Yes. Do the dishes come out SOPPING WET, FILLED WITH WATER, AND TAKE HOURS TO DRY on the countertop? Yes. As I said, yes, it cleans...I mean, yay them, because it's supposed to. What it's not supposed to do is cause daily irritation, and double the work. Save yourself, and invest in something else.
This dishwasher was purchased to replace an older model. Runs quiet, dishes and glasses are coming out nice!
I purchased this dishwasher a few weeks ago and what a mistake! The dishes are soaking wet after the cycle is finished - even on the heated drying option. Do not buy this dishwasher. It's the worst dishwasher I've ever used. I will not be purchasing any other appliances from Sears.
This dishwasher is without a doubt the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. What a shame as it looks great in my kitchen. Often the dishes don't come clean and they never dry. It worked fine the first couple months and now a year later the dishes, glasses and flatware are dripping wet at then end of they cycle and even the next day when run overnight. I'm just sick that I threw my money away like this.
I always rinse food particles off dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, but even with that my old dishwasher wasn't quite getting the job done. So far, in the few weeks that I've had it, I've been very impressed with this dishwasher. My dishes come out spotless. The racks have no special features -- I really like those silverware drawers you sometimes see on new models -- but it's simple, fits a lot of dishes and glasses, and gets the job done.
