Made for Convenience
Beside it being the best because it’s a Kenmore, it is literally inaudible when standing right next to it! I forgot it was on and accidentally opened it to put more dishes in it. In addition to it being the quietest dishwasher I can remember owning, it looks sleek, the controls are intuitive, the filters are easy to remove and clean, the racks seem overly sturdy and the stainless tub rocks!
I purchased this dishwasher a few weeks ago and what a mistake! The dishes are soaking wet after the cycle is finished - even on the heated drying option. Do not buy this dishwasher. It's the worst dishwasher I've ever used. I will not be purchasing any other appliances from Sears.
This dishwasher wasn't cheap, thought paying more I'd should except better. Bought this only 7 months ago and since about 6.5 months from owning it we have had nothing but issues with the dishes on top rack are not getting clean even after running it several 4hr cycle times, tonight now even the bottom didn't get very clean. Yes we cleaned the filter made sure it all looks good. This is just ridiculous. I'm very displeased right now with this product. Also the little spot where you put the cascade always don't fully empty out and bit of food that comes off the dishes get stuck under the ridge under the door so you have to take something and wipe below the door after washing. Yes we do pre rinse our dishes.
Unit was awesome but only lasted 4 years. The pump went out and replacement cost of repair was over $600.
Great dishwasher. Unfortunately, Sears doesn’t install them, so you need to take care of that yourself.
Worked fine, but broke after 18mo. Repair bill was more than to just replace the dishwasher. Starting to avoid kenmore.
