I have had this toaster for a couple of weeks and love it. The handles are sturdy and it toasts perfectly. Bagles and homemade bread fit in the slots with no problem.
At first this toaster was fine... It did arrive scratched, but not worth exchanging. It took a loooong time to toast anything, but when it finally finished, it was toasted nice and evenly. But within a couple of months, I started noticing that I had to turn the settings up on the first side and down on the second side to get even results. Within a month of that, the second side now just burns everything. The setting is all the way down, but I have to pay attention to the first side popping up to know the second side is done. Unless you only want to use this for a couple of months, or like standing over your toaster for a few minutes every time you use it, do NOT buy this toaster!
