Clean Water for Clean Dishes
This portable Kenmore dishwasher has UltraWash® HE Wash System features to ensure your dishes come out sparkling clean without using a ton of water. The removeable HE filter traps particles so you're not rinsing dishes with dirty wate and only requires a monthly cleaning.
Good n' Clean
The NSF® Certified Sanitize Rinse option and the 1-hour wash cycle help you get the dishes done with less fuss. A traditional spray arm designed with 8 vertical spray jets and a rinse aid dispenser reduces spotting and improves drying. When the rinse cycle is over, the heated dry option lets you say goodbye to hand drying with dryer dishes at the end of the cycle.
Built Ready to Go
This dishwasher comes with a caster kit to help make it easy to move this dishwasher from one room to another. The butcher-block laminated top gives you more space to prep your meals.
It works great and came with everything I needed to hook up to my faucet! It rolls very easily. It also heat dries very well, unlike most portable dishwashers. I really love the countertop on it as well. I'm very happy with this product.
Don't get this machine, it is awful. I have the generation of this machine before this one and it was pretty good, in fact very good. I had it for about 8 years with very minor problems, twice the fuse went out for the front panel. No big deal to replace. It dried well and washed dishes great. So I got this machine thinking it would be the same if not better. OMG much worse. It cleans the dishes ok, almost as good as the other one but not quite. It does not dry the dishes at all. And from what I see that is to make it more environmentally friendly. That is livable, I guess. But the worst thing is that it got clogged twice in the 13 months I had it. The first time it was still covered, they came over and it is really hard to take the hose out to unclog if that is what you want to do. They were not wanting to do that but through bending the hosing spending like an hour doing that, it unclogged. Then at 13 months it happened again. Now the old machine never got clogged, I had the same habits then as now. This new machine has a filter, what? A filter that supposedly is to catch stuff to make it not clog, the old machine didn't have this. Awful, obviously does not work and even what is worse, that the old one didn't clog at all without this removable filter. This happened a second time at 13 months after the warranty. Sears call centers, which are all in the Philippines, was just bureaucratic about the whole thing. Of course, they were doing their job but there is no rational person anywhere willing to discuss this lemon of a machine. So, I have used Sears for so many years and Kenmore and they are willing to lose my future business, which would be a lot of future business. I just bought a Kenmore refrigerator a couple of months ago and need a new stove. They are willing to lose me as a customer and thousands of additional dollars over this thing which could be easily solved. Either they could have offered to come fix it for free, which really is not that great an offer because the machine sucks, or they could offer me like a $200 discount for a new machine to buy at Sears. But, it is impossible to get any deal because there are all call centers in the Philipines and why would they care. So, they lost my business. I will not use Sears ever again for the rest of my life.
I love this dishwasher. I bought it over THREE YEARS ago, and it is STILL working great! I have 9 kids, so I own a built in dishwasher in addition to this one, so that I can have two loads washing at a time, in theory. Only one problem, it seems that all my built in dishwashers keep breaking, and this one just keeps going and going and going! I use it several times a day, and it works great. It has a filter that needs to be rinsed out once in a while, maybe once a month, or so. This dishwasher comes with a sanitize cycle, but lately I have stopped using it, and I just use the 1 hour wash. I have the temp turned up on my hot water heater, so the water will burn you if you aren't careful. I just hook up this dishwasher, and turn the faucet to "hot" to make sure the water is hot. I also ALWAYS pre-rinse/scrub my dishes when I load the dishwasher. Face it, people, I don't care HOW much money you spend on ANY dishwasher, they are ALL boxes that splash hot, soapy water on the dishes. IF you want your dishes clean, put them IN the dishwasher clean. I use the dishwasher as a "final wash and rinse" cycle as I wash dishes. I also use the "heated dry" option. So, wash time adds up to be about 90 minutes. I don't know about you, but MY dishes come out clean all they time. And by the way, plastic dishes DON'T dry, once again, on ANY make or model, usually. Glass dishes DO dry. However, my dishes are all pretty dry, except for standing water on the tops of cups occasionally. But just shake off my plastic cups, and either let them air dry for a few minutes, or just put them away wet, because with 10 people in the house (now, my oldest moved out), clean dishes only sit around for a few minutes or hours at a time. I am not too picky about dishwashers. Those who expect a box to work magic is unreasonable. This one is a work horse, and it works for me.
I ordered it in Nov 14 2018 and it's now Jan 18 2019 and I still haven't got my dishwasher
