I would not recommend this washer. I've tried hard to follow the exact directions noted on the inside of the lid, & read & re-read the directions in the user's manual, but my clothes do not get clean & Ive washed them over & over using every setting trying to get them clean. To no avail. Less water & new way of washing clothes is not at all effective. I end up washing my clothes by hand. I'm returning it. I used more water & more detergent washing them multiple times, ...AWFUL! JUST AWFUL! P.S. I am not "affiliated" with Sears or Sears products in any career or vocational way. I'm just a customer who bought a lousy washer from Kenmore. :( jlp
This machine sometimes gives too little or too much water. By too much I don’t mean it fills all the way. It repeatedly fill and empties water before actually rinsing or washing (such a waste of water). Takes a very long time to wash a load because it spend most of its time “sensing” the water load. Just has been one big headache since I’ve purchased it. I have had a technician over 4 times before my year warranty was over.
Easy to use for elderly parent.
Horrible washer and dryer stoped working after one year. And sears did nothing to help
I particularly like the size of this washer. It fit well in the back of my small SUV and was not too hard to move into my home. The auto sensor on the water level is also a useful feature. Other options meet my needs without being overwhelming.
