This Kenmore is serving me well and it is easy enough to understand. The auto sensor is filling appropriately and washing my clothes completely. There is an option to overide the auto sensor. This will fill the entire washer completely. Otherwise this sensor allows the loads to be faster and cleaner. So far I am really happy with all of the unique settings and ease of use.
I would not recommend this washer. I've tried hard to follow the exact directions noted on the inside of the lid, & read & re-read the directions in the user's manual, but my clothes do not get clean & Ive washed them over & over using every setting trying to get them clean. To no avail. Less water & new way of washing clothes is not at all effective. I end up washing my clothes by hand. I'm returning it. I used more water & more detergent washing them multiple times, ...AWFUL! JUST AWFUL! P.S. I am not "affiliated" with Sears or Sears products in any career or vocational way. I'm just a customer who bought a lousy washer from Kenmore. :( jlp

Great washer
|I bought a bravo, made by Maytag last year. Haven't had clean clothes until now. I purchased the Kenmore with the agitator in it and my clothes are now clean again. I'm not into saving water. I'm into expecting my clothes to be clean when they come out of the washer. I'm very happy with my Kenmore washer. I don't have any problem with it at all . Also, I read reviews and complaints about it being loud. Not so on this washer. It's actually quieter than the bravo, by Maytag .
Gets the job done!
|I was looking at a $400 repair bill for a 3 year old Whirlpool due to a bad control panel. gor $100 more I got this brand new basic model from Sears. I honestly can’t tell a difference in my clothes and the Whirlpool was $750. There’s nothing special about it other than the fact that I put in dirty clothes and when I take them out, they’re clean. It does what a washing machine is supposed to do without any bravado and for a great price. I can happily recommend it to anyone who just needs clean clothes.
